Wah! My first review about skincare dedicated to...... Huxley Cream: Glow Awakening. 💖
First thing first, Huxley is a Korean beauty product name after Aldoues Huxley, the author of Brave New World. In just a short time, this brand become a sensation. Nope, not just because it takes after name of the great man, but because all product of Huxley have made change the game for skin care to most of beauty enthusiast. And this time, it is for me!
IT MADE FROM CACTUS ESSENCE
Yes! you didn't read it wrong, it is essence that come from Sahara Cactus Seed Oil. It is believed high in Vitamin E and Antioxidant and have ability to quickly absorb into skin. It is also contains Odeetox with outstanding anti pollution effect.
The Glow Awakening cream, recommended for those who needs help for uneven skin tone, visible hyperpigmentation, need to hydrate the skin, and want to protect skin from pollution.
They also claim that this cream free of Paraben, synthetic dyes, and mineral oils. Wooow! No worry of it anymore. And I think mostly skincare in korea are free of those ingredients.
You know what’s best from them instead of the ingredients? THE PACKAGING is sooooo SIMPLE and Beautiful.
For you information, I have dry skin and it get worse since the weather in Jakarta getting hot lately, lat week it hit 35’C . My skin have so much redness while keep flaky because of the dry and hot combination weather)
Ok, back to our love, Huxley. I started testing this about a month ago, and I falling in love at the first sight… or first touch, maybe? Haha but anyway, this cream has unique texture, it’s not too watery but not too gelly (or what should I say?). My flaky skin gets better tomorrow morning after I use this before sleep. Better because is it looks velvety, bouncy and glowing and it gets supple each day I use it.
